Participates in digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations. Focuses on automation, system integration, and Industry 4.0 solutions, bridging IT and operational technology (OT) environments. The position requires a strong technical background, particularly in software development, to effectively manage complex manufacturing-related IT projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Designing, developing, and testing automation solutions within machinery and industrial environments</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process optimization through digital technologies</li><li>Supporting and contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart factory concepts and data-driven manufacturing</li><li>Eliminating defects and errors within product and software development</li><li>Participating in and complying with quality and IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industrial best practices</li><li>Implementation and maintenance of custom software solutions, including machine-to-machine (M2M) integration</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar field</li><li>Advanced English skills (verbal and written communication)</li><li>Proficiency in maintaining automation systems and industrial IT/OT integrations</li><li>Understanding of robotics (ROS), AI, and machine learning</li><li>Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and analytical skills</li><li>Proficiency in a compiled programming language such as Python, C#, VBA, Java, or other selected languages</li><li>Familiarity with IoT, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial communication protocols</li><li>Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Strong willingness to adapt and overcome challenging situations, and ability to keep up with the latest technologies</li></ul>

IT Project Manager

We are currently looking for a&nbsp;Control Room Operator&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Operations and Maintenance team as part of our MRES-ET Division in our Thessaloniki Offices.&nbsp;This role requires a lot of flexibility as it involves working five 8-hour shifts every week. Shifts are defined on a rotational basis.
