Lead &amp; Coordinate Technical Office Operations: Oversee Cost Controllers, Procurement Managers, and Premeasurement Engineers, ensuring efficient execution of all Technical Office basic operations and procedures.Manage MEP Design &amp; Consultants: Coordinate external MEP design offices (Greece &amp; abroad), monitor permitting consultants, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with owner requirements and local regulations.Oversee Contracts, Tenders &amp; Payments: Review consultant, contractor, and subcontractor agreements; prepare and evaluate tenders; monitor progress; and review payment orders in line with approved cash flows.Control Design Development &amp; Project Scheduling: Prepare and monitor design timelines, conduct design reviews, resolve critical design issues, and incorporate architectural, structural, site, and sustainability requirements.Cost &amp; Procurement Alignment: Collaborate with Cost &amp; Contract teams to support cost estimation, review materials and specifications within approved budgets, and ensure alignment with procurement targets.Drive Collaboration &amp; Project Performance: Work closely with owners, architects, operations, and internal teams, lead regular coordination meetings, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for travel and evolving priorities.What will you bring?Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing (MEP) Engineering from a recognized university.Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum 15 years of design development experience in Luxury Hotels, Commercial, Retail, and Residential projects.Design Coordination Leadership: At least 5 years of proven experience managing and coordinating external design offices in Greece and internationally.Strong Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of building typologies, space planning requirements, international building systems, and technical specifications.Technical &amp; Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Revit, GIS, or other relevant software is a plus.Professional Skills &amp; Sustainability Knowledge: Highly organized team player with strong communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages are an asset); experience with Green Building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) is advantageous.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration package.Private health insuranceFlexible working model
