Service Manager

As a Bartender at&nbsp;Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, while providing exceptional guest service and ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with hotel procedures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Beverage Preparation:&nbsp;Skillfully mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.</li><li>Guest Service:&nbsp;Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, engaging in conversations, making recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable experience at the hotel bar.</li><li>Menu Knowledge:&nbsp;Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wine selections, signature cocktails and be able to describe and recommend them to guests.</li><li>Cleanliness:&nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, glassware, utensils, and equipment. Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are met.</li><li>Inventory Management:&nbsp;Monitor and manage beverage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.</li><li>Cash Handling:&nbsp;Process guest payments accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.</li><li>Safety and Security:&nbsp;Uphold the hotel's safety and security protocols, including following emergency procedures and preventing overconsumption of alcohol.</li><li>Collaboration:&nbsp;Work closely with other hotel departments, such as the kitchen, service staff, and management, to ensure a seamless dining and beverage service.</li><li>Training:&nbsp;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new drink recipes. Train and mentor junior staff members when necessary.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in bartending or hospitality is a plus.</li><li>1 year minimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitality strongly required</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
