Job description<ul><li>Ελέγχει και συντονίζει την σωστή εφαρμογή του προγράμματος παραγωγής, την ορθή στελέχωση των γραμμών παραγωγής και της ταχύτητας των μηχανών βάσει των προτύπων</li><li>Επίλυση χειριστικών και τεχνικών προβλημάτων σε συνεργασία με το Τεχνικό Τμήμα σε όλες τις γραμμές παραγωγής</li><li>Παρακολούθηση των παραγωγικών δεικτών (KPIs) με βασικότερο την απόδοση των μηχανών και συνεχή εφαρμογή διορθωτικών ενεργειών για την επίτευξη της στοχοθέτησης</li><li>Παρακολούθηση, ψηφιακή καταγραφή και έλεγχος υλοποίησης όλων των τεχνικών και χειριστικών ζητημάτων που προκύπτουν ανά βάρδια</li><li>Σωστή διαχείριση και εφαρμογή όλων των set up των μηχανών επισυσκευασίας σε συνεργασία με τους χειριστές των μηχανών</li><li>Δημιουργία ψηφιακής αναφοράς βάρδιας, με παρατηρήσεις, προτάσεις και γεγονότα με σκοπό την βελτίωση όλων των διαδικασιών που σχετίζονται με τους χώρους ευθύνης τους</li><li>Έλεγχος διαδικασιών καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης των γραμμών παραγωγής</li><li>Εκπαίδευση νέων χειριστών και αξιολόγηση απόδοσης χειριστών</li><li>Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα ποιοτικού ελέγχου, αποθήκης και συντήρησης</li></ul>Job requirements<ul><li>Απόφοιτος/η Τεχνικών σχολών - Τεχνολογικών Ιδρυμάτων</li><li>Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα τροφίμων ή φαρμάκων</li><li>Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ</li><li>Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών</li><li>Βασικές αρχές τεχνολογίας τροφίμων σε γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα</li></ul>Πακέτο Αποδοχών<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών&nbsp;</li><li>Ισορροπία μεταξύ της προσωπικής και της εργασιακής ζωής</li><li>Δυνατότητα επιδότησης ενοικίου και μετεγκατάστασης σε υποψηφίους που κατοικούν εκτός Ν. Guided by our shared values and long-term vision, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a Production Supervisor for our Plant in Sindos, Thessaloniki.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you seek opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?Key ResponsibilitiesAs Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of the production area, while leading and supporting the production team to meet performance targets.Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Planning, coordinating and supervising daily production activities in line with the production schedule and business priorities</li><li>Ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost and delivery requirements</li><li>Leading, motivating and developing production operators to maintain a high-performing and engaged team</li><li>Monitoring production processes and equipment performance to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards across the production area</li><li>Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring the correct use of procedures, tools and personal protective equipment</li><li>Coordinating closely with maintenance, quality, warehouse and other relevant departments to support uninterrupted production flow</li><li>Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed</li><li>Monitoring product quality and ensuring production output meets required specifications and company standards</li><li>Preparing and reviewing production reports, including output, waste, downtime and performance indicators</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and operational performance</li><li>Participating in shift handovers, team briefings and performance discussions to ensure effective communication across teams</li></ul>Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, coach and develop teams</li><li>Good communication and decision-making skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach</li><li>Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment and operational workflows</li><li>Ability to analyse issues, solve problems effectively and implement practical improvements</li><li>Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards within an industrial environment</li><li>Proficiency in using production-related systems and standard reporting tools</li><li>Degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, would be considered an advantage</li><li>SAP System Knowledge would be considered an advantage</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English would be considered an advantage, depending on local business needs</li></ul>Benefits / Salary<ul><li>Salary according to qualifications</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Continuous training</li></ul>
