The position reports to the Electrical Department Supevisor.&nbsp;The primary scope of this role is to plan, coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and facilities ensuring their effective operation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and controls required to manufacture cement and provide relevant guidance to electrical technicians to ensure flow continuity of the production process</li><li>Maintain safe and clean work area at all times; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate and ensure safe operation of subcontractors</li><li>Manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules and completion for all electrical equipment, components and installations to achieve safe and uninterrupted operation</li><li>Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner</li><li>Maximize equipment availability using efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs. Propose new processes and projects to improve electrical installations and maximize the efficiency of the production process</li><li>Monitor supplies to ensure adequate inventory of electrical equipment according to production demand&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, train and motivate associates to ensure a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>2+ years of experience in a similar position with knowledge on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical equipment and installations, electrical installation safety measures, electrical installation controls and standards (HD 384)</li><li>Hands on experience with electrical drawings management and electrical installation design on distribution, motion and lighting</li><li>Technological savvy; knowledge of specialized engineering software (Eplan) is desirable</li><li>Experience in automation systems (PLC, S7, etc.) and communication networks (TCP/IP) &nbsp;will be considered an asset</li><li>Proactive attitude toward solving problems</li><li>Safety minded and team oriented with ability to accommodate effectively internal stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>&nbsp;
