The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in providing exceptional guest service to spa guests. Responsible for managing the spa front desk, the receptionist facilitates smooth operations, handles inquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures guests have a memorable spa experience.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:&nbsp;Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.<ul><li>Provide information about available spa services, treatments, and packages.</li><li>Assist guests in selecting appropriate services based on their preferences and needs.</li><li>Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about spa facilities and policies.</li></ul>Appointment Scheduling:&nbsp;Schedule spa appointments efficiently, taking into consideration therapist availability and guest preferences.<ul><li>Coordinate with spa staff to ensure a seamless scheduling process.</li><li>Confirm appointments and provide reminders to guests as needed.</li></ul>Check-In and Check-Out:<ul><li>Manage the check-in and check-out process for spa guests.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments for spa services.</li><li>Maintain organized records of spa appointments and transactions.</li></ul>Guest Relations:<ul><li>Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Seek feedback from guests to enhance the quality of services.</li><li>Build positive relationships with repeat spa guests.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Maintain an organized and tidy spa reception area.</li><li>Manage phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies.</li></ul>Collaboration with Spa Staff:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with spa therapists and other staff members.</li><li>Coordinate special requests or requirements from guests with spa staff.</li></ul>Promotions and Sales:<ul><li>Inform guests about current promotions, discounts, and spa packages.</li><li>Actively promote spa services and upsell additional treatments when appropriate.</li></ul>Compliance and Policies:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to spa policies and procedures.</li><li>Stay informed about spa industry trends and updates.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</li><li>Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. With our long standing excellent track record and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we manage our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbines while upholding to our commitment to safety standards.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Work to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met</li><li>Carry out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside both electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics component replacement and troubleshooting</li><li>Ensure a smooth operation of our turbines and use of our systems within condition monitoring and remote control</li><li>Maintain an efficient service vehicle and well-stocked warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts when needed</li><li>Assemble components and main components according to current rules or work instructions, if necessary, making use of internal or external cranes</li><li>Motivated contact with customers regarding completed and upcoming service and repairs</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Obtained technical education in Electric Engineering, Automation or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Relevant experience in electromechanical maintenance would be an asset, preferably in wind industry.</li><li>Driving license.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies&nbsp;<ul><li>Able to read and write English</li><li>A significant understanding of and commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the work environment</li><li>Ability to climb a wind turbine and perform tough physical work in heights as well as in various weather conditions</li><li>Open to travel to other sites when required</li><li>Enjoy working in teams and communicating with numerous stakeholders; you will work closely with others in the field but also connect with the wider business</li><li>Solutions-oriented and well organized in your work</li></ul>
