In addition to teaching/scholarly work, the Psychology Coordinator will provide a high standard of academic-related administrative support to the program under the guidance of the Chair of the Humanities and Social Sciences. In return, the Coordinator will enjoy a limited teaching load.The Coordinator will directly report to and closely work with the Division Chair to plan and implement the following activities:<ul><li>Plan, schedule and staff all courses for the Psychology programs, and those that are offered as service to other majors/special programs according to college, discipline, and departmental guidelines.</li><li>Review, evaluate, and revise program curricula and practices to assure compliance with academic and professional standards as well as state-mandated &amp; accreditation and validation guidelines.</li><li>Plan and offer such courses as appropriate for students with differing educational and experiential backgrounds and learning styles.</li><li>Evaluate students to measure their progress toward achievement of stated course objectives and inform them of their progress in the course in a timely manner.</li><li>Advise students on an individual basis regarding the courses they need to take in order to graduate.</li><li>Keep accurate student records and submit related annual reports and forms within the requested timelines.</li><li>Establish new or reinforce existing relations with relevant parties/institutions and aim to increase student employability via internships or joint academic/professional trainings.</li><li>Coordinate the hiring process of new faculty and evaluate all Psychology faculty on an annual basis.</li><li>Assist in promotional activities of the program and other related programs in conjunction with the Marketing and Enrollment offices.</li><li>Organize program-related workshops, activities and events.</li><li>Participate in standing or ad hoc committees and oversee the daily administration of the program.</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>A doctoral Degree in Counselling Psychology or Neuropsychology or Social Psychology is required.</li><li>A minimum of 5-year University/College level teaching experience or other relevant work experience is required. University/College level teaching experience at a US-accredited higher education institution is preferred. The Director, AI Quality Engineering Lead ensures that AI systems across the enterprise are safe, fair, reliable, compliant, and observable from pre‑release through continuous operations. This role designs and operates enterprise evaluation frameworks (quality, bias/fairness, robustness, privacy), leads red‑teaming and guardrail development, encodes policy and regulatory requirements as automated checks, and drives metric reporting and post‑incident learning across AI programs. The lead partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, Legal/Privacy, Security, Data Governance, and product/engineering teams to enforce quality and safety gates and enable responsible scale.
