As a Restaurant Hostess at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you are the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensure smooth seating, and assist in coordinating the dining experience. Your role contributes to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Guest Welcome:&nbsp;Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Reservations:&nbsp;Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the restaurant's occupancy while accommodating guest preferences. Record reservation details and maintain an organized reservation system.</li><li>Seating:&nbsp;Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transition. Communicate with waiters to allocate sections for smooth operation.</li><li>Menu Presentation:&nbsp;Offer menus and inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and wine selections. Provide descriptions of menu items and assist with any dietary or special requests.</li><li>Guest Information:&nbsp;Answer inquiries regarding the restaurant's offerings, hours of operation, and special events. Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.</li><li>Cooperation with Waiters:&nbsp;Collaborate with restaurant waiters and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating and ensure efficient table turnover.
