The role requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with all company departments to achieve departmental goals.What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Conducting risk assessments in all departments of the factories.</li><li>Monitoring and improving safety procedures.</li><li>Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (leading &amp; lagging KPIs).</li><li>Traveling to company sites for inspections, training, and team support.</li><li>Designing Health and Safety training programs and emergency drills for staff.</li><li>Maintaining, optimizing, and conducting internal audits of the system.</li><li>Building and implementing a Sustainability Road Map for all Greece &amp; Cyprus sites.</li><li>Monthly monitoring of energy indicators at the factories for continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department to integrate sustainable practices into production processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental).</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar position.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English.</li><li>ISO 45001 System Auditor Certification (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).</li></ul>We’ll provide:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Company car</li><li>Hardware equipment (laptop, mobile phone)</li><li>Continuous training and professional development opportunities.</li></ul>
