Control the Food and Beverage cost and outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food &amp; beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required.Actively seeking ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls.Leading the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel.Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed. Upload the recipes to ERP and do the mapping with the PoS system.Reconcile PoS sales with outlets orders to secure maximum accuracy. Produce on demand food &amp; beverage control related reports/recommendations.Food &amp; Beverage Costing: working to optimize F&amp;B menus and costs.What will you bring?Good analytics and reporting skills. High-level attention to detail.Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel.Experience with Accounting System or cost &amp; inventory systems.1 year of experience in a similar position.
