Η Ιωνική Σφολιάτα Α.Ε., από τις μεγαλύτερες βιομηχανικές μονάδες παράγωγης τροφίμων στην Ελλάδα αναζητά&nbsp;Χειριστή Μηχανής Παραγωγής&nbsp;με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη.&nbsp;Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Στήσιμο και ρυθμίσεις μηχανής σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές του κάθε προϊόντος.</li><li>Ζυγίζει τη ζύμη και τα λιπαρά.</li><li>Συμπληρώνει τα έντυπα παρακολούθησης της γραμμής που παίρνει από την Γραμματεία Παράγωγης ή από Υπεύθυνο βάρδιας.</li><li>Ενημερώνει τον υπεύθυνο βάρδιας για όποια τεχνική βλάβη εντοπίσει.</li><li>Ενημερώνει τον υπεύθυνο βάρδιας για τυχόν αποκλίσεις της ζύμης, έτσι ώστε να γίνουν οι απαραίτητες διορθωτικές ενέργειες προς συμμόρφωση.</li><li>Ελέγχει τις Ά ύλες που χρησιμοποιεί (αλεύρι, μαργαρίνες) οπτικά και παίρνοντας θερμοκρασίες.</li><li>Φροντίζει για την καθαριότητα της γραμμής και του εξοπλισμού που χρησιμοποιεί, κατά τη διάρκεια της παραγωγής αλλά και μετά το πέρας της.</li><li>Βρίσκεται σε συνεχή επικοινωνία με τον Υπεύθυνο της παραγωγής.</li><li>Απομακρύνει σκουπίδια και φύρες από τον χώρο της παραγωγής σύμφωνα με το εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα.</li><li>Τηρεί τους κανόνες ορθής υγιεινής πρακτικής και αποτελεί υπόδειγμα προς του συναδέλφους της γραμμής.</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:&nbsp;<ul><li>Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε οργανωμένη Διεύθυνση Παραγωγής</li><li>Πτυχίο τεχνικής Σχολής ή αποδεδειγμένη αντίστοιχη σχετική εμπειρία</li><li>Ικανότητα εργασίας σε συνθήκες πίεσης, τηρώντας αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα</li><li>Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε διαπολιτισμικό περιβάλλον και αποδοχή διαφορετικών πολιτισμικών χαρακτηριστικών.
