Manage and initiate continuous operation improvements to verify and improve operational effectiveness of ERP services.Key Accountabilities:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Administrate, configure and monitor ERP applications, ensuring system’s integrity • &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as second level support, processing incoming incidents, problems and requests through Service Desk ensuring alignment with business users • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform health and quality checks to verify operational excellence • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with vendors and CRM delivery teams in the development and deployment of new functionalities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company processes and regulationsWho you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;At least 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant role&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong experience with SAP applications with knowledge in SAP SD, MM or FI modules. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Significant understanding of the accounting, logistics and integrated functionality of SAP • &nbsp; &nbsp;Capable to understand the technical aspect of complex systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with SAP Rise will be considered a plus • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good understanding of live monitoring tools (eg Splunk, Dynatrace) • &nbsp; &nbsp;ITIL Certification is preferred • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams • &nbsp; &nbsp;Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek &amp; English, with both technical and business audiences &nbsp;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
