Managing all operational aspects of the sailing school, including delivery of the RYA syllabus, day to day management of the team, driving revenue and ensuring yachts are set up to Sunsail and RYA standards<ul><li>Deliver RYA courses aligning with RYA regulations and company standards</li><li>Coordinate paperwork and instructors for all courses</li><li>Drive revenue and promote courses available within resort</li><li>Maintain the standards of training delivered on shore-based courses</li><li>To supervise customer feedback of RYA training and investigate comments where vital</li><li>Liaise with the RYA and other governing bodies to ensure that the syllabus delivered is up to date</li><li>Ensure yachts are clean and set up per the company standards and RYA requirements</li><li>To ensure that any changes in the SOPs are communicated to instructors</li><li>To provide support and mentorship to instructors, and provide ongoing training as vital</li><li>To develop course material to support existing and future course requirements</li><li>Ensure before the yachts set sail accurate paperwork has been completed as per the company and local law requirements</li><li>Ensure company policies and procedures are kept to whilst instructors are at sea</li><li>Lead and empower the instructors</li><li>Provide excellent customer service at all times</li><li>Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>RYA Yachtmaster Instructor commercially endorsed</li><li>Experience managing a team</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety legislation</li><li>Knowledge of the RYA sailing school syllabus and standards</li><li>Ability to work as a reliable member of the team</li><li>Highly motivated individual</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly customer orientated</li><li>First aid certificate</li></ul>

Yacht Master Instructor

Sunsail is recruiting cruising instructors based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full-season roles are available, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Working hours vary, and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements. Cruising Instructor

Sunsail is recruiting base technicians based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full-season roles are available, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base, and ports of call. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. You are required at times to assist with flotilla duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods. Base Technician

Sunsail is recruiting flotilla technicians based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full seasonal roles are available on a one-week or two-week flotilla route. Full and high-season positions are open, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. You may sometimes be required to assist with other flotillas or base duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods.
