You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction</li><li>You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.</li><li>You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality &amp; confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.</li><li>A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.</li><li>Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.</li><li>You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime &amp; Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.</li><li>Finally … you will be proud to wear and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times. &nbsp;</li></ul>From a workplace to a place to belong, we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together our potential is limitless.
