Job Description:<ul><li>Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists</li><li>Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data</li><li>Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing</li><li>Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents</li><li>Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment</li><li>Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and experience:<ul><li>Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics</li><li>Shipping experience regarding Import procedure, preferably 1 or 2 years will be considered as an asset</li><li>Excellent command of the English language,</li><li>Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills</li><li>Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates</li></ul>

Shipping Administrator/ Import

As an Back Office Maritime Operator, you will:<ul><li>Assisting with the processing of inquiries and service orders</li><li>Supporting the scheduling and documentation of vessel inspections</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of service activities and certification deadlines</li><li>Communicating with internal teams and external partners for basic coordination tasks</li><li>Preparing reports and following up on documentation as needed</li><li>Ensuring the timely entry of data into internal systems</li></ul>&nbsp;What we're looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).</li><li>2 years of experience in the maritime industry or in a similar administrative/support role</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.</li><li>A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
