About the job
As an Back Office Maritime Operator, you will:
Assisting with the processing of inquiries and service orders
Supporting the scheduling and documentation of vessel inspections
Maintaining accurate records of service activities and certification deadlines
Communicating with internal teams and external partners for basic coordination tasks
Preparing reports and following up on documentation as needed
Ensuring the timely entry of data into internal systems
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in the maritime industry or in a similar administrative/support role
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
