About the job

As an Back Office Maritime Operator, you will:

  • Assisting with the processing of inquiries and service orders

  • Supporting the scheduling and documentation of vessel inspections

  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and certification deadlines

  • Communicating with internal teams and external partners for basic coordination tasks

  • Preparing reports and following up on documentation as needed

  • Ensuring the timely entry of data into internal systems

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).

  • 2 years of experience in the maritime industry or in a similar administrative/support role

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

  • A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
