TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking for a:Senior Field Architect Engineer (Building sector-Milos Island)Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manages planning, execution and completion of construction project, ensuring all phases are executed according to timeline</li><li>Supervises on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Provides technical support and guidance to the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors and site workers, ensuring all engineering aspects are addressed</li><li>Assists in preparing project budgets and manages costs to keep projects within financial limits, ensuring efficient use of resources</li><li>Maintains accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules and project plans</li><li>Supervises the implementation of the original plan and proposes changes to the original design, if needed</li><li>Promotes and enforces health and safety standards on construction sites</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture</li><li>10+ years of working experience in related roles</li><li>Proficiency in architectural design software</li><li>Excellent knowledge of AutoCad</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written</li><li>Ability to operate in a highly technical field</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and legal regulations</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>&nbsp;Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines</li><li>&nbsp;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul>The Company Offers:<ul><li>Opportunities for further development within Group</li><li>Health &amp; Life Insurance plan</li></ul>
