As a&nbsp;Manufacturing/Industrialization (Mechanical) Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of mechanical components and systems for our high-tech production lines. You will work closely with R&amp;D, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance of our products.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the industrialization of new mechanical components and systems, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.</li><li>Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).</li><li>Define and document manufacturing workflows, work instructions, and process controls.</li><li>Identify and implement automation and lean manufacturing techniques.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and propose corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.</li><li>Work with suppliers to qualify new materials, components, and manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or production engineering in a high-tech environment (preferably defense, aerospace, or electronics industries).</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, DFM/DFA methodologies, and production processes.</li><li>Experience with CAD software (PTC Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) and PLM systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies are a plus.</li></ul>
