HELLENIC CABLES S.A.&nbsp;is seeking a&nbsp;Projects Warehouse Supervisor&nbsp;to join our team in our Plant in Corinth, that focuses on the production of high and extra high voltage submarine cables, being one of the most advanced factories in the world.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee warehouse operations to ensure peak&nbsp;efficiency and customer satisfaction&nbsp;as primary goal&nbsp;by supervising, organizing,&nbsp;training warehouse employees&nbsp;and maintaining the safe,&nbsp;smooth and&nbsp;consistent flow of goods in and out of the facility</li><li>Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service</li><li>Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages</li><li>Implement and optimize automated and computerized systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and ensure inventory records are accurate and reliable</li><li>Generate and analyze regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis</li><li>Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards to ensure a compliant and safe working environment</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and vision, ensuring warehouse operations align with and support broader organizational goals</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration</li><li>Proven work experience as a Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor</li><li>Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems</li><li>Advanced use of MS Office – strong in Excel</li><li>Data interpretation skills as logistics is becoming increasingly digital</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Understanding of finance for stock management</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent Command of English Language</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> The Company Offers&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>
