Fourlis Group, one of the leading Groups of companies in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Romania in the provision of quality consumer goods, is currently seeking on behalf of one of its companies in the children’s apparel sector to hire:Digital Marketing &amp; E-Commerce AssistantJob Description:<ul><li>Update and maintain product lists on the e-shop (photos, descriptions, pricing, product attributes)</li><li>Ensure correct stock availability, product display, and categorization</li><li>Monitor e-shop KPIs, analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports</li><li>Support the optimization of digital channels (SEO, Meta, TikTok, etc.) in collaboration with external agencies</li><li>Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and the commercial team to align on commercial strategy</li><li>Coordinate and execute newsletters, Viber &amp; SMS campaigns through relevant platforms, and manage audience lists and segmentations</li><li>Contribute to the planning and execution of the commercial calendar (promotions, seasonal campaigns, sales periods)</li><li>Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues and identify areas for improvement throughout the customer journey.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field</li><li>Strong data analysis skills and understanding of e-commerce KPIs, with the ability to make insight-driven decisions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle large product assortments and seasonal collections</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4 or similar tools</li><li>Previous experience in retail industry, especially in e-commerce &amp; performance marketing is a plus</li></ul> What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>A dynamic and creative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for learning and professional development</li><li>Ongoing training and mentorship to support skill development and career growth</li></ul>
