As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will report to the Parts Sales &amp; Marketing Manager, and your main responsibilities include:<ul><li>Planning and evaluating Parts stock requirements to ensure optimal availability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Planning and coordinating Parts ordering and receiving processes (stock reordering, initial stock, customer back-orders, etc.).</li><li>Monitoring stock quality and implementing measures to meet established targets.</li><li>Analyzing and reporting stock and service level performance through KPIs.</li><li>Managing supplier claims, returns, and inventory discrepancies, including stock counting.</li><li>Maintaining accurate Parts and Supplier master data to support reliable operations.</li></ul>Your ProfileWe are seeking a motivated and business-driven professional who brings:<ul><li>Technical school or University degree — Logistics studies will be considered an asset.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the automotive industry.</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office; experience with logistics systems will be an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (German knowledge will be a plus).</li><li>A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li><li>Team spirit, adaptability, and self-motivation to thrive in a dynamic work environment.</li></ul>What We OfferAt Star Automotive Hellas SA, we recognize that our people are the key to our success.
