We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team.&nbsp;The primary focus of this role is to&nbsp;provide extended BI – ETL support services and consultation to clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Troubleshoot SAP BI suite issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot Informatica Power Center issues.</li><li>Performing analysis of root causes.</li><li>Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issue.</li><li>Connecting to the customer's computer system via remote access.</li><li>Install, implement and upgrade BI &amp; ETL applications.</li><li>Reporting on metrics regarding usage and performance.</li><li>Organizing and promoting training courses.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>ITIL Framework Knowledge.</li><li>5+ years of support expertise.</li><li>SQL skills.</li><li>5+ years of experience with SAP BI suite or similar application (certification is a plus).</li><li>5+ years of experience with Informatica Control Center or similar application&nbsp;(certification is a plus).</li><li>Middleware technology skills (IIS, Tomcat).</li><li>Capable of working under pressure.</li><li>Familiarity and experience with Critical Production Systems.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English language.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Our company is people - centric and offers personalized benefits to each employee:<ul><li>We want you to be well compensated for what you bring in, so we offer an attractive salary package.</li><li>Your health matters to us, so all colleagues have a private health insurance plan from day one.</li><li>Developer’s fuel is coffee, and the supply source is in our kitchen!</li><li>We are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting projects.</li><li>We never stop learning and evolving!
