Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement complex workload automation solutions using Control-M and/or Automic WLA.</li><li>Create and maintain job scheduling definitions, dependencies, and calendars.</li><li>Monitor and manage automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., shell, Python, PowerShell) for automating tasks and processes.</li><li>Integrate workload automation tools with various applications and databases.</li><li>Collaborate with application teams to gather requirements for automation needs.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job executions and scheduling.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and automation processes.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new workload automation tools and technologies.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing automation frameworks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in workload automation and job scheduling tools such as Control-M, AutoSys, Automic, or similar.</li><li>Strong scripting skills (shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).</li><li>Experience with database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre).</li><li>Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows)</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li> </li></ul>Benefits:As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Our company is people - centric and offers personalized benefits to each employee:<ul><li>We want you to be well compensated for what you bring in, so we offer an attractive salary package</li><li>Your health matters to us, so all colleagues have a private health insurance plan from day one</li><li>We are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting projects</li><li>We never stop learning and evolving!
