We’re developing a modern, cloud-native&nbsp;SaaS product, and we’re looking for a&nbsp;DevOps Engineer&nbsp;to help us scale, secure, and automate our infrastructure. As our DevOps Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power our cloud-native platform.You’ll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments, high availability, business continuity and secure operations across environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).</li><li>Build, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD etc.).</li><li>Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.</li><li>Implement observability and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application.</li><li>Insights,&nbsp;OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, etc.).</li><li>Ensure security best practices across environments (networking, secrets, identity).</li><li>Support blue/green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.</li><li>Contribute to tooling and automation using Golang and scripting languages.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.</li><li>Strong experience with&nbsp;Azure services (Application Gateway, ACR, AKS, Key Vault, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Kustomize and Terraform.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of monitoring, tracing, and logging in distributed systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of networking, security, and observability in cloud environments.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Golang for tooling or operator development.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with Spark on Kubernetes or data-intensive workloads.</li><li>Exposure to FinTech or regulated environments.</li><li>Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in Azure.</li></ul>BenefitsAs an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Our company is people - centric and offers personalized benefits to each employee:<ul><li>We want you to be well compensated for what you bring in, so we offer an attractive salary package</li><li>Your health matters to us, so all colleagues have a private health insurance plan from day one</li><li>We are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting projects</li><li>We never stop learning and evolving!
