As a mid-level ESM / ITSM Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Service Management Delivery team. You will be responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifics and developing software architecture and design based on client or company requirements. You will work with management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. The role requires the ability to work independently with little supervision. Mid-level ESM / ITSM Consultant

As an Atlassian Services Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of Atlassian implementation, migration, and optimization projects — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer goals and best practices.
