We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Currently, we are searching to hire a Terminal Manager, based in Kavala.&nbsp;<h2>Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου</h2>During your day you will:<ul><li>Lead the terminal’s activities, according to regulations and company’s procedures</li><li>Maintain the appropriate operational standards, ensuring compliance with the management systems, procedures, local/global standards and legislation</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments, such as Supply and Distribution and Commercial departments</li><li>Promote the HSSE Culture within the terminal, ensuring the compliance with company’s HSSE standards and the legislation</li><li>Manage supply procedures, such as the ship dock and unload process, the truck loading and the storage operations, according to HEMP studies</li><li>Propose and implement terminal’s improvements, while operate Terminal Opex and Capex plans</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities, non-government organizations</li><li>Check and control product volume, inflows/ outflows, following the legal requirements</li><li>Work actively with the terminal’s employees for their coaching and development, while participates in the attraction and selection procedures</li></ul><h2>Κύρια Προσόντα</h2>What you need to stand out:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering</li><li>A Post Graduate Degree will be preferred</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience in petrochemical industry and logistics</li><li>Experience in HSSE management</li><li>Proficient use in MS Office</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP</li></ul><h2>Επιπλέον Χαρακτηριστικά</h2><ul><li>Analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability at complex working environment</li></ul>
