Your ‘day to day’: &nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the Indirect Retail Team in your region and provide effective guidance to meet business objectives.</li><li>Identify market opportunities at the sub-territory level, and develop and roll out specific action plans to support continuous user growth.</li><li>Monitor and analyze relevant market information to maintain comprehensive regional knowledge that supports business decisions.</li><li>Increase product awareness through the retail channel. Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations at Points of Sale by engaging and educating retailers to ensure proper stock levels.</li><li>Analyze sales cycle results for the assigned area and provide constructive feedback to the Regional and Commercial Planning Teams to improve the quality and standards of future sales cycle activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What You Will Gain: &nbsp;At Papastratos, we believe our people are the key to our success.
