ELVALHALCOR - Copper &amp; Alloys Extrusion Division&nbsp;is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented&nbsp;PROCESS &amp; MANUFACTURING ENGINEER&nbsp;with a strong technical background and deep understanding of industrial processes, to optimize production and drive continuous improvement, in order to join our Industrial Engineering team in Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece.&nbsp;Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Leads process definition to identify centerline targets and document standards. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews and updates process standards to meet business objectives. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures that the processes are correctly defined and documented by developing instructions / procedures and provides adequate action plans. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews changeover operations and coaches the production teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Analyzes production data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Leads and train teams on root cause problem solving activities on key losses. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coaches the line teams on the technical understanding of the process and provides hands-on training on product / process / systems used in production. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Leads or supports projects in manufacturing, such as installation or modification of production equipment, new production technologies and processes. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinates new product trials and their introduction to production lines. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Embraces continuous improvement philosophy, aiming at productivity growth, cost reduction &amp; product quality development.&nbsp; &nbsp;Requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, ideally in manufacturing, production, engineering, or quality departments. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prior experience / specialization in metal processing production or manufacturing engineering will be considered a plus. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to communicate and work effectively with others as part of a team. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral). •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with Lean tools and techniques is desired. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with Six-Sigma methodology is desired. &nbsp; The company offers: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Dynamic work environment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Career and Development Plan • &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous Training • &nbsp; &nbsp;Competitive remuneration package • &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional insurance coverage

PROCESS & MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (3365)

To monitor quality and optimize the production and liquid waste processes. Quality Assurance for main relevant ISO, REACH and National certifications. The role may need depending on the candidate profile travelling to customers for technical support,&nbsp;trouble shooting and product development.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Quality control of produced material</li><li>Collection and analysis of QC samples and parameters from the running production</li><li>Organize projects for improving final product evaluation</li><li>Train/Support employees on quality activities to be carried out during production</li><li>Organize and analyze routine artificial ageing tests for produced materials</li><li>Organize trials for qualifications of raw materials</li><li>Organize and perform, if necessary, laboratory analysis regarding raw materials and products</li><li>Participate in claim investigation procedure and support root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions</li><li>Provide customer technical support in product related questions</li><li>Maintain and improve the Quality Management system&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and calibrate the Quality Control instruments</li><li>Prepare and lead Audits performed by certification bodies and national organizations</li><li>Production Liquid Waste Management</li></ul>&nbsp;Additional / Optional responsibilities<ul><li>Develop or optimize existing evaluation tests</li><li>Develop or optimize existing sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods</li><li>Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes</li><li>Tenacity and willingness to learn</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;QualificationsMandatory<ul><li>Chemical or Chemical Engineering or Material science degree</li><li>Other physical science graduates can be considered&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English Language</li></ul>Optional<ul><li>Previous experience in manufacturing</li><li>Knowledge in Sustainability and Carbon footprint management</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Computer skills&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting and project management skills</li><li>Analyzing information</li><li>Technical Understanding&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package and a wide range of benefits&nbsp;&nbsp;Our people are the key to our success.
