Join us to be part of a team that provides top-tier services to the most influential players in the crypto industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Market Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis of institutional clients' Futures products, Futures APIs, fee structures, etc., to help the team track market changes quickly and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Client Demand Response &amp; Support: Respond promptly to institutional clients' business needs, including answering inquiries, following up on progress, and communicating feedback on results to improve client experience and satisfaction.</li><li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the technical and product teams to resolve issues related to system operations, data retrieval, and other technical challenges faced by institutional clients.</li><li>Document &amp; Materials Support: Assist in preparing business requirement documents and support materials for institutional clients, and regularly update and maintain relevant documents.
