DescriptionRuicheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a new construction company jointly established by Greek and Chinese shareholders. It aims to integrate the advantages of both countries in the construction sector and further develop the Greek market.Responsibilities·&nbsp;Prepare, estimate and adjust enterprise and project budgets to ensure accurate and practical budget data;·&nbsp;Monitor budget implementation, analyze variances between budget and actual expenditure, provide optimization suggestions and control costs;·&nbsp;Cooperate with engineering, finance and other relevant departments to complete project quantity calculation, cost estimation and settlement work; organize budget documents and reports to ensure standardized filing and easy access;·&nbsp;Comply with local Greek financial and engineering regulations to ensure compliant budget operations.Requirements·&nbsp;University/technical university degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering Management or related fields is preferred.·&nbsp;1–3 years of relevant budgeting experience, experience in the construction industry is a plus;·&nbsp;Familiar with local Greek financial regulations and budgeting procedures, with basic engineering knowledge;·&nbsp;Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.) with good data analysis skills;·&nbsp;Good English communication skills for daily work;·&nbsp;Meticulous, responsible and a good team player.We Offer·&nbsp;Competitive salary and benefits·&nbsp;Continuous career development opportunities·&nbsp;Friendly and professional working environment
