As a Human Risk &amp; Awareness Specialist, you will work with the CS GRC Human Risk &amp; Awareness team within the Ahold Delhaize Group to deliver the cybersecurity awareness program. You will support the design and execution of initiatives that raise employee awareness, promote secure behaviors, and reduce human-related risks. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating local sessions and communications, and collecting data to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to awareness events, the security champions program, phishing simulations, human risk assessments, and new strategic initiatives that enhance resilience and innovation in security practices.What you will focus on<ul><li>Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs that educate employees on current threats and best practices to protect themselves and the organization.
