Αρμοδιότητες:Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές για προϊόντα, παραγγελίες, αποθέματα, τιμές. Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών σε Προμηθευτές εξωτερικού και στο ERP. Έλεγχος και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων, παραλαβών προϊόντων και προγραμματισμός των παραγγελιών με στόχο την έγκαιρη ανανέωση αυτών. Έλεγχος και ενημέρωση τιμοκαταλόγων αγορών προμηθευτών. Επικοινωνία με μεταφορικές εταιρείες – λήψη προσφορών – σύγκριση και αξιολόγηση για τελική ανάθεση. Ενημέρωση ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων (database) προμηθευτών - μεταφορέων. Παρακολούθηση κατάστασης αποθηκών και συντονισμός για την οργάνωσή τους σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα, για την παραλαβή των παραγγελιών. Συγκέντρωση τιμολογίων και άλλων παραστατικών / εισερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας. Δημιουργία reports που αφορούν το τμήμα procurement (τακτικά και περιοδικά). Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικού κλάδου, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Logistics. Γνώσεις σε θέματα logistics και κοστολόγησης. Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα αγορών / αποθήκης / εμπορικής διεύθυνσης. Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office. Ευχέρεια / προϋπηρεσία στον χειρισμό προγραμμάτων ERP / Entersoft EBS. Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).
