As a barista you will…<ul><li>Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery</li><li>Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures</li><li>Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards</li><li>Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health &amp; Safety</li><li>Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints</li><li>Operate espresso &amp; filter machines.
