The Sr. Associate Payroll is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll processes. This role serves as a subject matter expert on payroll practices, ensuring that payroll processes are executed efficiently and effectively.This role supports audit, handles complex payroll issues, prepares detailed reports and works closely with PX, Finance and external vendors to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. Rewards Specialist

The DS CoE Market Facing Manager along with the respective Finance Analysts will serve as a customer facing single point of contact for the DS CoE’s key finance stakeholders and customers for a given business unit, site and/or market. The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Providing compliance-related tax services, such as documentation or informational reporting</li><li>Conduct Benchmarking Studies using databases as Amadeus TP Catalyst to extract and analyze information on public companies</li><li>Analyzing financial data and assisting the team with preparing economic analyses</li><li>Help develop transfer pricing policies and strategies to assist clients in managing exposure to transfer pricing issues</li><li>Work with a team of professionals who assist multinational corporations in a variety of industries with transfer pricing advisory, compliance and other services</li><li>Identifying opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen</li><li>Be part of a supportive work culture that encourages you to further your professional development and broaden your career path</li><li>Anticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity</li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Law or relevant field</li><li>3-5 years experience in transfer pricing</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent verbal and writing skills in English</li><li>Ability to multi-task working with numerous deadlines and</li><li>Eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver an exceptional client experience</li><li>Completion of the Executive's Training Seminar in Taxation from Athens University of Economics and Business or a similar program will be considered as a significant asset</li><li>Effective communication and rapport building skills</li><li>Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards</li><li>A customer centric approach to finance and business operations</li><li>An extremely high work ethic</li><li>Motivation for career progression and development</li><li>Ability to gather and correlate correct data</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
