Ensure the commercial, financial and operational success of Vodafone External Channels (Hunters, Family Advisor) and Indirect Channels (Prepay Wholesale, TLM and Digital External Partners) and promote Vodafone activities. The role drives channel performance across sales, partners, and activities, supports Corporate Affairs and Network priorities nationally, and leads, develops, and builds succession within the team.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:&nbsp; • Contribute to sales objectives, strategies and plans. Observe competitors and propose actions in order for the channels and external partners to remain flexible and competitive. • Achieving the External Channels sales quantitative &amp; qualitative targets. • Promoting &amp; developing customer satisfaction practices through commercial network of its accountability (NPS in all touch points) • Run special projects during the year, distributed by the Head of Retail Sales • Ensuring and controlling the application of all company’s policies and procedures by all employees • Formulates strategies to ensure maximum efficiency for the Sales teams • Establishes appropriate relationships with key customers &amp; partners in the areaWho you are• University Degree in business or management related areas • Working experience in retail will be considered a strong asset • Good Knowledge of mobile, fixed telephony and IT market • Sales experience in mobile and fixed market&nbsp; • Strong managerial and communication skills (in cross-regional teams) • Excellent negotiation skills &nbsp;• Very good analytical skills and problem-solving capability • Be innovative and team player&nbsp;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? External Channels Manager

The job holder will be responsible for designing Security and Connectivity solutions such as Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN, aligning them with customers’ requirements. Additionally, they will describe and present these solutions' design and deployment plans. Will work closely with a wide network of partners, manage key accounts and vendors, and propose solutions.• &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and propose state-of-the-art solutions for Security, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN that best address customer needs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform customer visits, lead the technical discussion, prepare the solution design and technical presentations, in collaboration with other technical teams, and direct feedback from the customer. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to bring the appropriate technical solution on time. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participation and ownership of Customer’s RFPs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;It is important to keep up with the latest Security and Connectivity technology trends to be able to introduce and train internally about new products or solutions accordingly.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;The candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, Security, or Connectivity Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and more than one certification on the following Vendors Cisco or Huawei (CCNP level preferred), Fortinet (Professional or higher), Vmware (VMware SD-WAN Foundations), Checkpoint (CCSA or higher), HPE Aruba certifications or any other relevant certification. A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Inspired to effectively communicate in technical and commercial terms and explain the benefits of technology proposals with excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient in effectively managing large-scale projects utilizing cutting-edge technology. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Passion for continuous learning of new Security and Connectivity technologies and staying up to date with technological trends. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to understand the customer's IT operation model and in collaboration with Security and Connectivity products to propose transformation and security solutions.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
