ABOUT OUR OFFER<ul><li>Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.</li><li>A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 17,150€ gross/year.</li><li>Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.</li><li>If you don't live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation can be provided.</li><li>Access to free language lessons &amp; the TUI Learning Hub to help you level-up and grow your career.</li><li>Possibility to sign-up for free to our TUI Childcare Academy to obtain an EU-recognized Childcare Qualification.</li><li>Finally, why not get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.</li></ul>ABOUT THE JOB<ul><li>Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 &amp; Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. &nbsp;</li><li>Take part &amp; collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure our high childcare standards including health &amp; safety guidelines. &nbsp;</li><li>You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements&nbsp;</li></ul>ABOUT YOU <ul><li>You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team</li><li>You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions. &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care.</li><li>Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. &nbsp;</li><li>You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions.</li><li>You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.</li></ul>From a workplace to a place to belong, we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together our potential is limitless.
