As a Senior Mainframe Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive the reliability and evolution of re-hosted CICS/TX and MQ platforms by leading critical operations, defining technical standards, and coordinating modernization efforts across middleware, infrastructure, and stakeholders.Your role:<ul><li>Lead all critical platform activities for the re-hosted CICS/TX and MQ service, including incidents, upgrades, new features and structural improvements.​</li><li>Own the evolution of the re-platformed middleware stack, including coordination with IBM, application groups and DR/cloud-readiness efforts.​</li><li>Set technical standards for availability, housekeeping, performance, RCA and operational excellence in this senior- heavy tower.</li></ul>*This role requires on-call responsibilities, depending on operational needs.This role describes your starting point at NTT DATA.
