At Titania Hotel Athens, one of the city’s landmark properties, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Officer to join our team on a definite-term contract. This position plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and payroll-related tasks, office organization, and correspondence ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company operations and labor regulations.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>&nbsp;Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day activities.</li><li>Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.</li><li>Organize the HR office, ensuring proper filing systems and documentation.</li><li>Manage HR correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.</li><li>Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accurate data entry for employee records.</li><li>Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases.</li><li>&nbsp;Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.</li><li>&nbsp;Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Previous experience in administration or similar role, preferably in HR.</li><li>Well-organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of processes and strong time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and software systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>For all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.
