The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in providing exceptional guest service to spa guests. Responsible for managing the spa front desk, the receptionist facilitates smooth operations, handles inquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures guests have a memorable spa experience.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:&nbsp;Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.<ul><li>Provide information about available spa services, treatments, and packages.</li><li>Assist guests in selecting appropriate services based on their preferences and needs.</li><li>Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about spa facilities and policies.</li></ul>Appointment Scheduling:&nbsp;Schedule spa appointments efficiently, taking into consideration therapist availability and guest preferences.<ul><li>Coordinate with spa staff to ensure a seamless scheduling process.</li><li>Confirm appointments and provide reminders to guests as needed.</li></ul>Check-In and Check-Out:<ul><li>Manage the check-in and check-out process for spa guests.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments for spa services.</li><li>Maintain organized records of spa appointments and transactions.</li></ul>Guest Relations:<ul><li>Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Seek feedback from guests to enhance the quality of services.</li><li>Build positive relationships with repeat spa guests.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Maintain an organized and tidy spa reception area.</li><li>Manage phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies.</li></ul>Collaboration with Spa Staff:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with spa therapists and other staff members.</li><li>Coordinate special requests or requirements from guests with spa staff.</li></ul>Promotions and Sales:<ul><li>Inform guests about current promotions, discounts, and spa packages.</li><li>Actively promote spa services and upsell additional treatments when appropriate.</li></ul>Compliance and Policies:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to spa policies and procedures.</li><li>Stay informed about spa industry trends and updates.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</li><li>Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Spa Receptionist

Pilot Beach Resort is the pioneer of Tourism in the area of Georgioupoli in Chania.With over 30 years of operations, is established in the European market with many International awards.The resort spans an area of 150 hectares, between the beach and the mountains.450 rooms in 9 different categories with 4 restaurants, 2 bars, SPA, conference center and sports facilities.Over 350 employees seize the opportunity to work in a pleasant, professional environment with opportunities to develop.<ul><li>Collaborate with all hotel departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, butlers, and management to ensure a thorough knowledge of each department's running and the equipment in their sections.</li><li>Respond actively to requests from guests and other members of staff who report maintenance requirements throughout the hotel.</li><li>Provide regular inspections of various equipment such as, swimming pools and their pumps, pipes, and filters, safety apparatus such as handrails, and stairwells.</li><li>Liaise with external contractors such as lift repairs to ensure that contracts are in place for the hotel and liaise with those contracts to complete repairs as and when required.</li><li>Fix issues around the hotel such as broken tiles, loose handrails, dirty swimming pool, leaking pipes, faulted air conditioning units, etc.</li><li>Maintain a proper and on-time service schedule for hotel heating and air conditioning equipment, including AC units, water heaters, and boilers.</li><li>Supervise the maintenance team and conduct regular performance reviews to address concerns.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.</li></ul>

Chief Engineer

•Welcome and escort VIP guests, Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, and special-category guests according to brand standards. •Ensure all guest preferences, profiles, and special requests are anticipated and fulfilled proactively. •Maintain strong guest engagement and personalized service delivery throughout the guest journey (pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, and departure). •Resolve guest concerns and service recovery cases promptly, diplomatically, and in alignment with Marriott’s “Brilliant Service” philosophy. •Conduct daily lobby presence to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest interaction. •Ensure consistent delivery of The Luxury Collection’s signature rituals, personalized touches, and guest recognition programs. Operational &amp; Administrative Responsibilities •Coordinate with all operational departments (Housekeeping, F&amp;B, Spa, Engineering, Concierge, Sales) to ensure seamless service delivery. •Oversee daily VIP reports, arrival preparation, room inspections, and amenities placement. •Manage guest feedback through internal platforms: GXP, Medallia, GuestVoice, and TripAdvisor/Online Reputation Management tools. •Ensure proper documentation of guest preferences in the PMS and CRM systems for future stay personalization. •Support front office operations during peak periods when required. Brand Standards &amp; Compliance •Guarantee full adherence to Marriott Luxury Collection brand standards, operational guidelines, and guest service protocols. •Train team members on guest interaction standards, upselling techniques, and service recovery procedures. •Participate in quality audits (LRA, Brand Standard Audits) and implement improvement action plans where needed. Leadership &amp; Team Collaboration •Support the Front Office Manager in supervising and coaching Guest Relations Agents, Lobby Ambassadors, and Concierge teams. •Provide ongoing feedback, skill development, and performance support to ensure luxury-level service delivery. •Foster a culture of teamwork, empathy, and excellence in guest service. Guest Loyalty &amp; Recognition •Ensure correct implementation of Marriott Bonvoy Elite recognition benefits. •Promote loyalty program enrolments and educate guests about member benefits. •Review loyalty reports to ensure personalized engagement and targeted service enhancements.Education &amp; Experience •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality roles. •Previous experience with Marriott brands or other luxury chains (preferred).
