Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Coordinate with the Tech Manager for regular parts ordering, ensuring all orders are approved by the base manager before procurement.</li><li>Collaborate with customer service regarding upcoming bookings and arrival times to anticipate supply needs and ensure timely procurement of vital parts.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with the base manager to stay informed about any product changes, new yacht types, or other relevant updates that may impact inventory management or procurement processes.</li><li>Participate in training opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to inventory management and procurement processes.</li><li>Establish clear communication channels for emergency situations, ensuring swift and effective responses to any unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Update Sail sense with any specially requested parts as a Task, along with a photo of the part if possible.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have the following:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or hospitality industry, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Previous experience within the charter industry and delivery of boat briefings is preferred but not crucial</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle inventory management and procurement tasks efficiently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy, crucial for maintaining accurate records and inspecting delivered goods.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite to facilitate inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures is a plus, ensuring compliance with safety protocols for relevant safety equipment such as liferafts/fire extinguishers and first aid kits.</li></ul>

Storeman

Sunsail is recruiting flotilla technicians based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full seasonal roles are available on a one-week or two-week flotilla route. Full and high-season positions are open, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. You may sometimes be required to assist with other flotillas or base duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods. Flotilla Technician

Sunsail is recruiting cruising instructors based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full-season roles are available, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Working hours vary, and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements.
