In this role you will execute service work with low to medium complexity in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point of contact while delivering quality and satisfying customer service.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support.&nbsp;The position involves travelling within Greece &amp; occasionally international travel, as you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on assistance at customer sites.You will mainly be accountable for:<ul><li>Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)</li><li>Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines</li><li>Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions</li><li>Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews</li><li>Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future</li><li>Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications for the role:<ul><li>Electrical Engineering educational background (with License to practice)</li><li>Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in relative industry</li><li>Hands-on experience in servicing, maintanence, commissioning and repairing of frequency drives, UPS, solar inverters will be an asset</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office &amp; Outlook. Knowledge of SAP &amp; Salesforce, will be a plus</li><li>Driver’s license. Ability to travel to domestic and international sites</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek &amp; English language&nbsp;</li><li>A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong communication skills</li></ul>

Field Service Engineer (Motion)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Excellence &amp; QHSSE Auditor to join our team!&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will</h2><ul><li>Audit the production, storage, QC and distribution systems and facilities for energy products (conventional fuels and new/alternative fuels such as Hydrogen, SAF, biofuels).</li><li>Review technical risks and operational controls in power generation and storage facilities</li><li>Asses risk control, stock control and operational optimization measures across the MOH supply chain</li><li>Evaluate project planning, construction, commissioning, start-up and shut-down procedures for fuel and energy systems.</li><li>Review the effectiveness of safety-critical elements, barriers, and safeguards in place to manage QHSSE risks.</li><li>Identify gaps and weaknesses, prepares clear, concise audit reports with risk-based findings and value-adding recommendations and tracks implementation progress</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, maintenance and HSSE functions through audit and consulting work</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related field.</li><li>Master’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Reliability Engineering or Risk Management will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in oil &amp; gas, energy or utilities sector, with at least 3 years in operational integrity or operational support roles</li><li>Exposure to safety, QC, regulatory, or commissioning audits of new energy systems, hydrogen, renewables, or low-carbon fuels is highly desirable</li><li>Strong understanding of operational realities of fuel supply and distribution</li><li>Experience with QHSSE Management System implementation and regulatory compliance</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and report-writing abilities both in Greek and in English</li><li>Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively</li><li>Familiarity with information systems, SAP, digital audit tools (e.g. TeamMate+ or equivalent Audit Management) are considered a plus</li><li>Experience in delivering training or presentations on technical and audit topics</li><li>Accountability, adaptability &amp; agility</li><li></li></ul>
