Ο ρόλος απαιτεί εμπειρία σε θέματα διαχείρισης ταμείου, τιμολόγησης, καθώς και αρμοδιότητες που αφορούν τη μισθοδοσία και τις άδειες των υπαλλήλων.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Άνοιγμα και Κλείσιμο Ταμείου:&nbsp;Ο υπάλληλος ταμείου/λογιστηρίου είναι υπεύθυνος για το άνοιγμα και το κλείσιμο του ταμείου καθημερινά.</li><li>Τιμολόγηση Πελατών:&nbsp;Παρακολούθηση και καταχώρηση των συναλλαγών των πελατών, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι πληρωμές είναι σωστά καταγεγραμμένες και αντιστοιχισμένες.</li><li>Ταξινόμηση Πληρωμών:&nbsp;Ταξινόμηση και καταχώρηση πληρωμών στην τράπεζα, καθώς και αντιστοίχιση πληρωμών με τις αντίστοιχες καρτέλες πελατών.</li><li>Διαχείριση Εξόδων:&nbsp;Καταγραφή κάθε εξόδου και αρχειοθέτηση τιμολογίων για εύκολη πρόσβαση και έλεγχο.</li><li>Έλεγχος Καρτέλας Πελάτη:&nbsp;Παρακολούθηση της καρτέλας κάθε πελάτη για τυχόν ανεξόφλητες οφειλές και άλλες σχετικές οικονομικές κινήσεις.</li><li>Διαχείριση Τραπεζικών Συναλλαγών:&nbsp;Παρακολούθηση των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και αντιστοίχιση των πληρωμών με τα αντίστοιχα τιμολόγια.</li><li>Μισθοδοσία:&nbsp;Υπολογισμός και διαχείριση της μισθοδοσίας των υπαλλήλων, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των πληρωμών και την τήρηση των νομικών υποχρεώσεων.</li><li>Διαχείριση Αδειών:&nbsp;Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των αδειών των υπαλλήλων, διασφαλίζοντας την σωστή καταχώρηση και τήρηση του πλαισίου των αδειών.</li><li>Σύνταξη Reports:&nbsp;Δημιουργία τακτικών reports σχετικά με την οικονομική κατάσταση, τις εισπράξεις και τα έξοδα, με σκοπό την πληροφόρηση της διοίκησης.</li></ul>Τι ζητάμε<ul><li>Γνώσεις λογιστικής ή οικονομικών.</li><li>Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ταμείου.</li><li>Ικανότητα στην οργάνωση και ταξινόμηση οικονομικών εγγράφων.</li><li>Εξοικείωση με την τιμολόγηση και τις τραπεζικές συναλλαγές.</li><li>Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακεραιότητα στη διαχείριση οικονομικών στοιχείων.</li><li>Ικανότητα σύνταξης αναφορών (reports).</li></ul>Επιθυμητά Προσόντα (Προαιρετικά):<ul><li>Εμπειρία στον κλάδο της λιανικής πώλησης ή των υπηρεσιών.</li><li>Καλή γνώση χειρισμού λογιστικών προγραμμάτων και συστημάτων ERP.</li><li>Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με την ομάδα.</li></ul>Προσφέρουμε:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών.</li><li>Συνεχή εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων.</li><li>Επαγγελματικό και φιλικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.</li></ul>
