KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER | RETAIL

As a&nbsp;Solution Architect, Connected Customer and consumer - Autonomous Retail, you will be responsible for long term stability, performance and continuous evolution of the Autonomous retail and AFH D2C solutions. Candidate shall design E2E solutions across the different architecture layers, functional, technical while ensuring data integrity &amp; compliance with CCH enterprise architecture principlesYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Collaborate with the product team &amp; business partners in capturing requirements and translate them into high-level solution design, highlighting the pre-requisites, risks, impact on performance</li><li>Support the creation of a product roadmap based on the continuous evolution of the business &amp; technology trends</li><li>Support the product team by contributing to writing functional &amp; non-functional requirements to allow application development &amp; configuration meets best-in call design patterns &amp; unlock proper solution delivery</li><li>Create &amp; maintain Solution Design for Autonomous retail, including Full Service vending, 3rd party Vending, Micro markets, and Autonomous store.</li><li>Create &amp; maintain Solution Design for Away from Home D2C and mobile applications integration.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.</li><li>Responsible to document the solution architecture design and capture functional/technical artefacts that describe the E2E solution design using TOGAF principles, using Azure DevOps Wiki.</li><li>Coordinate &amp; collaborate with CCH architect community, security &amp; enterprise architect to ensure validation of the design principles and contribute to continue building the CCH cohesive landscape.</li><li>Ensure proper integration design of the product with cloud solutions where relevant and collaborate with integration teams to provide recommendations and support for design &amp; delivery</li><li>Coordinate with technical architects &amp; Ops teams to ensure proper solutions layers are identified, monitoring is enabled and part of a sustainable &amp; maintainable support model.</li><li>Work very closely with Platform Architect and Tech Lead on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture</li><li>Participate in product assessment (RFI/RFP) and provide technical analysis &amp; recommendations based on internal capabilities / technology trends available in the market.</li><li>Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster &amp; advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry.</li><li>Work with Tech Lead and development team to align on code changes that improve the state of the solution architecture to meet Coca-Cola Hellenic business requirements.</li></ul>ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;University Degree in computer science or equivalent.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Min 5 years of experience in working as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect or Business Analyst in the Autonomous retail, Customer Service or Field Services areas in the FMCG industry.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in architecture principles using SOA patterns &amp; TOGAF framework or similar.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Product experience &amp; hands-on Autonomous retails (FSV, TPV, etc), integration with SAP ERP backend or any similar technology.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Architecture Certifications on cloud technology or Mobile Applications well appreciated.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Mobile app development and API.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge in computer networks, programming principles, computer architectures, software development methodologies (Agile and SCRUM), cloud development and ops.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand hosting models using hybrid architecture models - on-premise &amp; cloud solutions (Azure&amp; AWS) using IaaS, Paas, SaaS and their impact on&nbsp;&nbsp;the product lifecycle·&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM).·&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong understanding and experience in Agile Delivery Methodology.
