We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our global expansion.This role will mainly focus on various corporate and/or business hiring (CS, Compliance, Operations, etc.).Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension is, theoretically possible, but can’t be guaranteed. The candidate doesn't have to be in the indicated location, can be other locations across APAC timezones.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.</li><li>Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding</li><li>Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process</li><li>Drive or take part in various HR&nbsp;projects and initiatives</li><li>Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners</li><li>Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier Internet company or agencies</li><li>Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus</li><li>Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months contract)

This is a&nbsp;12-month fixed-term opportunity within Wolt’s High-Volume Talent Acquisition team, created to support a period of transformation in how we hire for high-volume, frontline roles.As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on hiring for Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles in the Kazakhstan market. You will support ongoing recruitment needs while also contributing to the rollout and embedding of a more scalable, data-driven, and AI-embedded hiring model.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys change, is eager to learn, and wants hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment during a transformation phase.Why this role mattersSupport Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are essential to Wolt’s daily operations, supporting customers, courier partners, venues, and in-store operations. Hiring efficiently, at scale, and with a strong candidate experience is critical to maintaining service quality and supporting business growth in the market.During this period of transformation, this role will help ensure continuity, quality, and delivery while new hiring processes and tools are being introduced.What you’ll be doing<ul><li>Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Kazakhstan, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions</li><li>Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new, AI-embedded and data-driven hiring processes and tools</li><li>Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support efficiency gains</li><li>Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey</li><li>Experiment with and support new sourcing and attraction approaches, while executing core recruiting best practices</li><li>Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share learnings and solve hiring challenges</li><li>Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support campaigns and initiatives related to high-volume hiring</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>You have hands-on recruitment experience and enjoy partnering with stakeholders while leading end-to-end hiring processes.
