The Greek leading Biscuits &amp; Bakery company Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A.&nbsp; is seeking to employ a talented, driven &amp; committed: Research &amp; Development Sensory Technologist &nbsp;to join the R&amp;D team in Athens&nbsp;The role:&nbsp;The candidate will be part of the R&amp;D Sensory team, reporting to R&amp;D Sensory &amp; Pilot Manager, participating in all the activities related to sensory tests, panel management, data analysis, and presentation of sensory results that help to guide R&amp;D project teams and other internal collaborators.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and execute sensory evaluation studies</li><li>Prepare samples according to standardized protocols</li><li>Coordinate and support sensory panels during testing sessions</li><li>Perform statistical analysis using statistical software</li><li>Generate concise, informative reports and/or verbally present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Maintain sensory lab organization, materials and documentation.</li><li>Develop and optimize sensory testing methodologies and protocols</li><li>Train and manage sensory panels</li><li>Product development and sample preparation for panel training</li><li>Collaborate cross- functionally with R&amp;D, Marketing, and Quality teams</li><li>Staying current with literature and information about sensory evaluation</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in sensory science</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Preferably 1-4 years of experience, in sensory evaluation preferably in a food company</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Sensory Science or a related discipline (preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Sensory and Consumer testing methodologies including descriptive analysis- panel moderating- discrimination testing- consumer research- questionnaire design- data analysis and interpretation.</li><li>Developed soft skills required for effective data, analysis, presentation and business influence based on results</li><li>Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g. XLSTAT)</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Able to multitask- work alone and in a team</li><li>Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
