We are currently looking for a Project Planner&nbsp;to join our team as part of our Operations &amp; Control department in the M Power Projects division.&nbsp;By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in building and monitoring the timeline of a project in execution phase as well as supporting proposals when building the time schedule.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:&nbsp;<ul><li>Follow EPC projects from the proposal phase (develop baseline time-schedule) to the execution phase, including Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning etc.</li><li>Develop and manage schedules, goals, and objectives for projects.</li><li>Make sure stakeholders are being kept informed of project milestones. Deadlines and progress. Document the project planning processes and changes and maintain records that can be referred to later.</li><li>Obtain, review &amp; approve detailed time schedule and WBS of subcontractors/ partner’s/supplier’s etc and integrate time schedules to the projects master schedule.</li><li>Monitor the activities/manage the performance of the construction effort.</li><li>Keep records of changes/have a good version management of the time-schedule and all related documentation.</li><li>Timely highlight important deviations from plan to the project management team and suggest corrective actions.</li><li>Create various KPIs to facilitate achievement of project plan.</li><li>Generate and provide various performance status reports, milestone reports graphs and charts both for internal and external reporting and decision making.</li><li>Resource-load and cost-load the time-schedule and work closely with Cost Controller to help monitor progress of costs and any deviations timely.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring to the role:&nbsp;<ul><li>2+ years in a similar position. Project Planner

We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Proposals Engineer&nbsp;to join our Proposals team for our M Power Projects Division within our Paiania offices.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Lead the analysis of complex customer requirements, providing strategic input to the Proposal Manager and aligning proposed solutions with client expectations and project objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and successful proposal submissions in line the established targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the development of engineering designs and technical studies required to support the proposal, ensuring technical robustness and compliance with client and regulatory standards as well identify dependencies, and risks associated with the proposed mechanical engineering solutions, and suggest risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the technical scope of tenders and of the proposed products . Senior Mechanical Proposals Engineer
