UNISON is seeking a Financial Analyst for its headquarters in Paiania, Attica.Reports to: Finance Manager&nbsp;Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Participating in the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial reports</li><li>Monitoring monthly results versus budgeted, analysis and interpretation of deviations at country and customer level</li><li>Participating in the preparation of annual budget and monthly financial forecasts</li><li>Maintaining, analyzing, updating and following up of the cost centers</li><li>Working closely with the operations team to support in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis</li><li>Developing regular and ad hoc financial reports</li><li>Performing financial analysis and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field</li><li>Maximum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis</li><li>Advanced MS Office and Data Analysis skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively across all levels</li><li>Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under own initiative</li><li>Team player</li><li>Time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Analytical and numerical skills</li></ul>&nbsp;UNISON is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diverse perspectives that strengthen our team.
