This role will involve strategy, planning, management and execution to maintain and build Binance’s social media and community presence globally. You will work closely with the leadership team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspective</li><li>Design, execute and lead large community activation campaigns</li><li>Create and manage always on content strategies for our priority global partnerships such as CR7</li><li>Be a key POC for business issue and crisis management, including fast, measured and informed response, sentiment monitoring and reporting, and consulting on further action in partnership with the communications and product teams</li><li>Work closely with the CS team on community management, response and sentiment maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Help with managing end-to-end across Binance social accounts</li><li>Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance</li><li>Focus on bringing our socials closer to our community, with a crypto native understanding, and a great understanding of crypto culture</li><li>Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns</li><li>Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams</li><li>Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze the social media landscape to supply actionable insights</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage</li><li>5+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, community, content or brand marketing related roles</li><li>Proven experience with crisis management and working directly with executive leadership teams</li><li>Experience working on large integrated marketing campaigns, and working with external agencies, partners and talent&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrable success with growing social media accounts and executing campaigns</li><li>Deep understanding of the crypto market. Up to date with trends and sentiment. Expert on Binance’s product suite</li><li>Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with Twitter and TikTok as a top priority&nbsp;</li><li>Proven good judgment in high pressure situations; an ability to remain calm and logical</li><li>Excellent communication, writing and copywriting skills</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.</li><li>Resistant to stress.
