As a Human Risk &amp; Awareness Specialist, you will work with the CS GRC Human Risk &amp; Awareness team within the Ahold Delhaize Group to deliver the cybersecurity awareness program. You will support the design and execution of initiatives that raise employee awareness, promote secure behaviors, and reduce human-related risks. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating local sessions and communications, and collecting data to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to awareness events, the security champions program, phishing simulations, human risk assessments, and new strategic initiatives that enhance resilience and innovation in security practices.What you will focus on<ul><li>Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs that educate employees on current threats and best practices to protect themselves and the organization. As an Online Data Analytics &amp; Insights Specialist, you’ll use advanced analytics and machine learning to uncover insights from online customer data, helping shape decisions and drive value through a deeper understanding of customer needs and behavior.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Conducting deep-dive data analyses to provide insights into customer behaviors</li><li>Focusing on key business areas such as Customer Acquisition, Retention, Spend, Frequency of Play, and Game Preferences</li><li>Building predictive models using machine learning techniques such as segmentation (clustering), classification (propensity), forecasting (time series), and recommendation engines</li><li>Testing accuracy and business relevance of data tables designed and developed to support online data systems</li><li>Measuring website performance by analyzing traffic funnels and supporting product development and optimization through digital analytics</li><li>Processing data and programming using SQL, while performing data modeling in Python/PySpark within the Azure Databricks environment</li><li>Creating data visualizations and automating reporting primarily through Power BI or Tableau for recurring reports, and Excel or PowerPoint for ad hoc analysis</li><li>Utilizing digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Looker Studio for reporting (not mandatory knowledge to begin with)</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Digital Analytics or Business Analytics.
