You will ensure the availability and integrity of the Central Registry Database information and will support the IT Service Management processes.&nbsp;What you will be doing • &nbsp; &nbsp;Configure and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create new or support existing KPIs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interact with other members of the team to provide end-to-end service monitoring and support. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow up vendor tickets and implement the suggested workarounds when required. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide reports using BI Tools. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute towards a continuous service improvement culture, while providing targeted education and coaching on service measuring and improvement methodologies. What you need to have • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant technical-oriented field • &nbsp; &nbsp;At least one (1) year of experience in IT department • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good understanding of the capabilities of new technologies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. • &nbsp; &nbsp;High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ability to perform under pressure. • &nbsp; &nbsp;ITIL certifications will be considered a plus. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in CMDB/uCMDB knowledge will be considered a plus.What we offer &nbsp; It’s all about our people.
